About Me
Brooke “Ace of Spades” Prichard
Strength Coach | Powerlifting | Strongwoman | Highland Games
I’m not just a coach—I’m proof that strength is built, not born.
As a mother, Lifeblood vampire, and competitive strength athlete, I’ve faced my fair share of physical and mental battles. My journey into strength sports started after pregnancy, when I stepped into the gym in 2021 looking to rebuild what I had lost—and discovered a passion I didn’t know I was missing.
Since then, I’ve gone all-in. I found my place in powerlifting, where I first learned the power of discipline and grit. I fell hard for strongwoman training, where the chaos and challenge fired me up. And I stepped onto the field for Highland Games, embracing the tradition, technique, and raw power it demands.
